Electronic Cash Registers
All new models are supporting barcode connection. The barcode reader have to be RS and you will need a special cable. Please contact your service provider.
Check the GPRS connection in test mode: GPRS test. If it prints that the GPRS test is OK, contact your service provider and ask them to check if there is a problem with the tax server. If the GPRS test fails, call your service provider and ask them to check if the SIM card is working.
Contact your service provider, only they are able to set up the clock of the device.

Thermal Printers
Power up the printer, while holding the LF button for about 2 seconds.

For DRD-50 and DRD-10 we have EMV L1 and L2. For MRD-10 we are PCI PTS 3.x SRED compliant.
Barcode Scanners
The power may be off. Please check the power connections.
The scanner has entered sleep mode. Place an item within the scanner's motion detecting area and move it back and forth or left and right to wake up the scanner.
This indicates a power failure. Please check and see if the power is properly connected
This indicates a scanner failure. Please power off the unit immediately and return it for repair.
Please restore the original firmware or update the firmware again. If the problem presists, please return the unit for repair.
Inter Character Delay is not supported via USB connections but to delay the time you may set the scanner to International keyboard (ALT method) to reduce the transfer speed.
Please refer to the Programming Guide and set the scanner to International Keyboard mode (Alt-method).
You can test the functions using the HyperTerminal in Windows. Press "Ctrl + O" for Disable scanning or "Ctrl + N" for Enable scanning
No special cable is necessary to use the USB Virtual COM. To use USB Virtual COM, please refer to the Programming Guide to change the interface settings to USB Virtual COM.
Notepad does not support receiving data from RS232 port. Please use "Hyperterminal" or other similar software instead.

The system may not be compatible with the international ALT method. Please set the language property suitable for your keyboard.
The scanners will work on any operating system with USB (HID-Keyboard), RS-232C, or Keyboard (PC AT/PS2) interface.
