Trustech 2017 - Updated
The Trustech Trade Fair 2017 has ended last Thursday and it was a great opportunity for us to showcase the newest members of our product family. The BlueLite, BluePad-5500, and BlueSky were a complete hit for the crowd as they offer innovative technology with modern and sophisticated design. We were also very fortunate to have the chance to meet with many of our partners and friends and discuss the future of mPOS solutions. Thank you to all who came by our booth and we will see you next year again at Trustech 2018!

Trustech 2017
For a fourth year in a row, we are happy to announce that we will be participating in the major payment industry exhibition, Trustech. It is taking place November 28th - 30th, in the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, French Riviera. At the show we will be showcasing our full range of mPOS devices including several new additions to the family, as well as exciting new technology like PIN on glass, NFC loyalty and mPOS solutions.

Nilson Report Ranking 2016
In the latest issue (No. 1114) of The Nilson Report, a leading card and mobile payment industry newsletter, the statistics for 2016 regarding POS terminal shipments by vendors and regions are published. We are happy to announce that on the pages of the report Datecs is making history by scoring 20th place in worldwide POS shipments, moving three places up since last year with over 370,000 POS terminals sold; the record 9th place in the European region with over 120,000 terminals shipped; and also the 8th place for mPOS terminals sold in the 2016 fiscal year. This is a great achievement for us and it shows that our passion for innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction is moving us ahead of the competition. TOP 100 Hardware Award
For a second year in a row Datecs has been awarded the title "Best Hardware" company in Bulgaria by the IT magazine Computerworld Bulgaria. The award was presented to our CEO, Pencho Iliev, at an official award ceremony last week. This year's title was won with 155.9 million BGN revenue for the 2016 fiscal year. Note that we made the impressive growth of 20% last year! Cheers to all our employees, friends, and partners who made this possible!

QuickPass Kernel
We are very happy to announce that last week we have received an official Letter of Approval from China UnionPay for our implementation of the contactless QuickPass kernel. With this, the BluePad family is now fully capable to accept bank cards from all seven major card schemes, making them one of the best mobile payment solutions with global acceptance.
